Friday 12 January 2018 Branch Annual Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the seventeenth
Branch Annual Meeting of Endurance GB-Leicestershire and Rutland Group
will be held on Friday 12 January 2018 at
The Conservative Club, Thorpe End, Melton Mowbray LE13 1RB
(opposite Morrisons and next door to Macdonalds).

Doors open at 7.00pm and the Branch Annual Meeting will begin at 7.30 pm prompt.

A buffet supper will be served and there is a Licensed Bar. To enable us to cater for the correct number of people please be sure to advise Sharon Davison by text (07802 317847) or email ( of your intention to attend the meeting by Friday 5 January 2018 at the latest.
We will be having our usual raffle to raise money for an Animal Charity - donations welcome.
The evening will conclude with our Annual Group Awards Presentation.

Saturday & Sunday 9 & 10 June 2018 National GER Belvoir Castle PROVISIONAL

Venue: Belvoir Castle, Belvoir, Grantham, Leicestershire NG32 1PE.

Endurance GB have been given permission for the ride to pass through the restored "Capability Brown" historic and unique landscape as featured on ITV.
Belvoir Estate private tracks, bridleways, forestry, farmland, field margins and quiet lanes. Minimal, if any, ‘road’ work.

Saturday 15 & Sunday 16 September 2018 National PR & GER The Lion's Tail PROVISIONAL

Venue: The Old Lion Park, Stapleford Park, nr Melton Mowbray, Rutland LE14 2SF.

Varied going incorporating private land, toll ride route, bridleways, green lanes, quiet roads with rideable verges and an occasional village.
Distances under 30km have virtually no roadwork. Some water available on most routes. The 41km route starts and finishes on the Stapleford TROT and incorporates bridleways, green lanes and private tracks. There is a total of three to four kms of roadwork on quiet country lanes. There is a stewarded railway crossing on the 30km and 41km routes and a ford on the 41km route.
